The Student Act—a learning design and innovation consultancy. Our practise builds on the real-world experiences of the people involved in teaching-learning as well as the theories from sciences of learning and learning sciences.

Founder:
Ragini Lall
At The Student Act, Ragini crafts learning strategies for curriculum, product and programs.
Her curiosity in the art & science of learning design was sparked during her undergraduate experience where she found an environment that nurtured talent instead of rank.
Over the last 10 years, she has worked extensively on creating learning experiences across various domains and organizations. She started her career at an ed-tech not-for-profit where she created an award-winning board game, built curricula for +200K youth, and designed and researched a learning experience platform. Recently, she worked at Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) to build global online courses as well as supported the teaching of a course on digital learning. She’s been a guest lecturer on ‘Prototyping in Online Education’ at the Teaching-Learning Lab at HGSE.
Her undergraduate was in Art & Design at Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology and she earned her Master's in Education in Technology, Innovation and Education from Harvard University.
Outside of work you can find her gobbling up a great book, letting out steam while doodling or exploring the sites and smells of Mumbai, her new home.
